Yes. NovaChance is an AZAV-certified training provider, certified via GZQ GmbH and recognised under §178 SGB III. This is the legal basis for funding via the Bildungsgutschein.
It is an IHK exam and a legal requirement for many roles in the security industry. It has a written and an oral part — we prepare you for both.

Course & schedule
Yes. The further education is 100% online and location-independent — all you need is an internet connection. You sit the §34a exam itself at an IHK near you.
Usually around three months; we arrange the start date with you. Curriculum: Month 1 legal foundations · Month 2 security technology & dealing with people · Month 3 exam & placement.

No. Career changers are expressly welcome. You need motivation, sufficient German and a clean certificate of good conduct.
